YOUR USE OF THE XOLOTL APPS
This XOLOTL App permits you to use the XOLOTL software application for mobile devices (“XOLOTL Apps”) and the XOLOTL information technology augmented reality and image recognition platform (“XOLOTL Services”) that XOLOTL may make available from time to time from your mobile device (collectively, “Device”).
Once you download the XOLOTL App onto your Device and accept this Agreement, you may use the XOLOTL App to use the XOLOTL Services. If you wish to use the XOLOTL App and the XOLOTL Services, you must also have read and agreed to the XOLOTL Privacy Policy.
Xolotl Apps applications do not collect, transmit, synchronize or store users' personal data such as personal identification, financial, payment and authentication information; data related to phone book, contacts, device location, SMS and calls, inventory of other applications on the device, microphone and camera, and other sensitive device or usage related data.
